Justin Evans is the Director Of Business Development for South Coast Behavioral Health’s dual diagnosis treatment centers in Orange County, California, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Justin is a highly driven and experienced professional whose life’s work centers around helping individuals struggling with mental health and substance abuse disorders.

As Director Of Business Development, Justin helps people access quality treatment that addresses the whole person, not just their symptoms. To do so, he develops partnerships with local treatment facilities, referral resources, and nationwide organizations to expand access to and awareness of treatment services for those in need of help. 

With his passion for helping individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues, Justin is committed to uplifting the personalized, evidence-based care clients can receive at South Coast Behavioral Health. In his free time, Justin enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with his family. He also loves to travel and frequently attends conferences and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques in addiction treatment and business development.
